Dr Catherine Tregoning, a psychologist who was publishing her first book, “12 positive Thinking Habits” in her area of specialty which was Thinking habits to counter the effects of anxiety and depression had on people. “Changing your life starts with changing your thinking habits, Dr Catherine Tregoning” Psychologist Dr. Catherine Tregoning explains why we experience stress and anxiety, guides you through examining your own thought processes, and explains how to establish a new mindset to replace negative & ineffective thoughts. Your new thinking habits will empower you in all parts of your life. As with physical health, she advocates looking after psychological wellbeing all of the time and not just during difficulties. I had loads of rough pencil sketches, I also tried lots of ideas in Adobe illustrator too, until I narrowed down the idea to 2-3 logo’s, once I had the design narrowed down, I generally ask the clients their thoughts on any specific colour choices they have in mind.
